UncurbedDC Starts Tonight! 6-10pm @UncurbedDC @BBQBusDC

The new concept that blends the pop-up shop with art and food trucks
starts tonight!

From December 13 - 17 (6pm - 10pm) at 2805 M St NW (Georgetown),
Uncurbed DC will feature a dine-in arts space. Jacqueline Levine
paintings will be on display and BBQ Bus food truck will be parked
outside of the store front, catering the event. The flyer is shown
below.

Lemon Grass Starts Serving in Arlington!

Lemon Grass, a Vietnamese food truck, announced last night that today
is their first day serving! They will be in Crystal City. More truck

Free Food Trucks for Feds On Dec 8!

This Washington Post article has all of the details:

The [GovLoop] Web site's creators are buying lunch for the first 500
public servants who show up on Dec. 8 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
at the L'Enfant and Federal Triangle metro stops. Federal, state and
local government employees who show up with a government-issued ID
or business card will be able to choose between free barbeque [sic]
or macaroni and cheese lunches courtesy of the BBQ Bus or Cap Mac
food trucks.

New truck: Lasagna Plus (no twitter yet)

Thanks to all of my friends who emailed and tweeted in about the new
yellow lasagna truck! Richard was the first to spot the truck at Navy
Yard on Monday (11/28). And, yesterday, @WoollyMuffler (Rob) sent a
lot more info + pics from the lasagna truck's appearance at Franklin
Park!

The name of the new truck is Lasagna Plus and they serve .. lasagna.
I'll just acknowledge the big elephant in the room: The menu & pricing
of this new truck are almost identical to that of veteran food truck,
Basil Thyme. But, for those of us who would love to be able to eat
lasagna multiple times a week, another lasagna truck is a welcome
addition to the food truck scene. The truck & menu photo shown below
are courtesy of @WoollyMuffler (Rob). FB, Twitter and website info is
coming soon.

From the makers of Mojo Truck, I am happy to present you with their
latest creation: Tapas Truck! This brand new truck is just about built,
with plans to start serving DC in mid-January 2012. They will be
serving authentic Spanish tapas, which include your traditional tapas
as well as original recipe tapas. The exact menu has not been finalized
and I'm sure that the chef would love to hear your requests! More info

Uncurbed DC: When Food Trucks Occupy Store Fronts @UncurbedDC

Leave it to the DC food truck community to bring you the latest in
culinary and artistic innovation! I'm really happy to tell you about a
new concept that blends the pop-up shop concept with art and food
trucks.

On December 13 - 17 (6pm - 10pm) at 2805 M St NW (Georgetown), Uncurbed
DC will feature a dine-in arts space. Jacqueline Levine paintings will
be on display and BBQ Bus food truck will be parked outside of the
store front, but will not actually be serving fans on the sidewalk.
Instead, fans order inside the arts space and the BBQ Bus food will be
delivered to you! They're operating like an on-site caterer if you can
wrap you head around that concept - I am still trying! This is so
perfect for the winter time cold weather.. Do you think more DC food
trucks will want to occupy other vacant spaces? ;) The event flyer is
shown below.

New truck: Salt And Papper Grill @saltpappergrill

Big thanks to David who has been tracking this truck in Arlington since
last week. The truck is named Salt And Papper Grill (notice that
Papper has an "a" not an "e"). According to their website, they serve
in Rosslyn (Mon-Wed) and Crystal City (Thurs-Fri). And, according to
David, the food is pretty good! A scan of the menu and more info can
be found on their page.

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
